Alef awards $204 million in construction contracts for the final phase of the Hayyan project in Sharjah.

Alef Group recently awarded construction contracts worth over $204 million (AED 750 million) to begin the final phase of the Hayyan project, which includes more than 700 residential units.

According to a press release, the contracts cover the development of the Samar 1, Samar 2, and Deem residential communities, along with a shopping center serving Hayyan residents and surrounding areas, a social club, and landscaping and public spaces.

Ayman Al Hammadi, Senior Vice President – ​​Project Delivery and Execution at Alef Group, said that the commencement of construction on the final phase represents a significant step in the project's completion. He noted that this phase includes the development of more than 700 residential units and associated amenities.

He added that the Hayyan project integrates natural elements with urban design and community facilities, and emphasized that work continues on all components of the project.

The Hayyan project is designed as a residential destination focused on green spaces, interconnected neighborhoods, and pedestrian walkways. The "Samar" complexes feature residential villas, while "Deem" offers apartments designed for families.

The project is also planned to include a shopping center, a social club, as well as gardens, walkways, and shared spaces within its master plan.
